Maybe you were hallucinating and you just thought the lights were red? I don't see the light being rd in this picture. maybe the problem is you and not the light?
I just read a bout a guy who got in trouble becauise he bought this thing to put in/on his car and it males the lights change to green when you approach. Apparently some ambulances and police cars have them and he wasn't supposed to have it. OF course, that is far too advanced an item for use in Indiana, it is cheaper for emergency vehicles to just run red lights as needed.
And how was traffic today?
It was such a pretty fall day today and now it is raining. I don't know why I am telling you the wetaher as we live in the same town.
