6:40 p.m. and I am back at home. Spoke to owner of my company today. Sounds like the last 2 days weren't good. He wants to talk to me about how some of my staff is either going to have to get with the program or get with someone elses program. Oh boy, looks like I am going to get practice sooner rather than later with what I just learned.
Anyone need a new job out there? I am going to be hiring again.

I will NEVER understand how people who work for a small company think they can ever slack off or be rude or gossipy. Hello? It's a small company, everybody knows your business and if you don't pull your weight, everyone will know and will talk about it.
