With a 50/50 chance, I didn't get offered the position. That really blows.
I am still going at it and applying for everything I am qualified for and hope someone will decide to hire me.
I still have no regrets leaving the other company. Maybe some think I should but I don't. I wasn't being treated right and for one of the first times in my life I stood up for myself. I am very proud of doing it too.

I am sorry you did not get the job. As for leaving the other company, I only think that you should have done it sooner!
