WHAT A DAY!!
I just heated my lunch up ... a Lean something sandwich...and went to take a look at it....the meat blew up and was splatter all over the microwave. I put it in the EXACT amount the directions told me to! It looked SO GROSS!!! No way could I eat it especially having to clean up the vomit looking microwave!!
I want to go home now!!

Yes, the cakes were made from scratch and really were not hard at all. The carrot cranberry one was delish! I tried the recipe because Seth loves carrots but not raisons. It's funny how you change one thing and it seems so right. the cranberries were a great idea.
I will definitely make both cakes again. Noah loves cranberry sauce from a can, but not carrots, so I just told him it was cranberry cake. He ate about half a slice and said it was "okay" but not his favorite. remind me for the recipe I'll probably forget.
I have not seen Pieces of April. I can't wait to see waitress again. i'll have to invite myself over within the next couple days.
